Job Summary

Lead end-to-end product launches across Europe, shaping and delivering go-to-market plans to support brand and revenue priorities. Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global concepts for EMEA markets, create activation toolkits for markets, secure product listings and strong in-store presence, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely launches. Translate consumer insights into product positioning and campaigns, support sales with training and tools, and track performance to refine plans in a fast-paced environment. Desired skills include data-driven decision making, stakeholder management, clear communication, and experience with multi-market launches in consumer goods; degree in marketing and relevant branding/product development experience are preferred. Hybrid working arrangement with roughly 3 days in the office and 2 days remote per week in the UK locations (Manchester, Bristol, London).

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in marketing or a related field
  • Experience in a marketing role within a branded consumer goods business preferably in an international organization
  • Hands-on experience supporting or leading product launches and development
  • Ability to use data and insights to guide decisions
  • Additional European language skills
