Job Summary
Marketing Executive to support integrated marketing, brand, campaign, and event initiatives across the Supercars season. This role collaborates on brand management, campaign coordination, event marketing execution, and stakeholder management; responsibilities include coordinating advertising communications, liaising with media channels, upholding brand guidelines, managing creative briefs and approvals, coordinating print and digital materials, supporting event promotions, attending events to execute local activation, and partnering with sponsors, vendors and internal teams. The position requires a degree in marketing, communications, advertising or related discipline, 2+ years in sports/entertainment marketing, strong communication and project-management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with Jira; strong copywriting and briefing abilities are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related discipline
- 2+ years in sports, entertainment, marketing, or media (agency or client side)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High-level project management and administrative capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira (or equivalent)
- Strong copywriting and creative briefing skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
