Job Summary
Develop and execute the hotel's social media and PR strategy, managing accounts, content calendars, and community engagement across all relevant platforms. Build relationships with journalists, influencers, and key partners while coordinating press trips, media visits, and PR activations. Prepare press materials, manage agency collaborations, and filter partnership proposals to ensure alignment with brand standards. Track performance metrics, monitor trends, and report on key KPIs to continuously improve content and engagement. Collaborate with operational, F&B, and sales teams to identify stories and leverage unique positioning.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Hospitality Management or a related field
- +3 years of experience in social media, PR, marketing or communications, ideally within hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, F&B or a relevant consumer-facing industry
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, community management and digital trends
- Experience developing and managing social media content calendars and campaigns
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
