Job Summary
Marketing & Events Manager responsible for designing, leading, and optimizing integrated marketing and event strategies to support growth, brand positioning, and ROI across markets. Drive end-to-end event planning (tradeshows, conferences, client experiences, corporate events), manage budgets, establish KPIs, analyze ROI, and deliver data-driven recommendations. Oversee showroom readiness, sample inventory and logistics, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Leadership, and plan client visits/tours. Lead development of SOPs and processes for marketing and events, ensuring brand consistency and measurable impact on opportunities and customer experience. Requires a university degree in marketing/communications/business, 8–10 years of strategic marketing and/or events experience, strong analytical and leadership skills, and fluency in English.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in strategic marketing and/or events, including management experience
- Proven ability to drive growth, lead strategies, and deliver measurable results
- Strong analytical skills, including performance and ROI analysis
- Excellent communication, planning, and decision-making skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, and growing environment
- English proficiency required
