Coordinate booth design in 3D-space and manage freight logistics for trade shows. Source display products, furnishings, structure, and signage while designing technical solutions for hands-on attendee demonstrations. Order utilities and collaborate directly with third-party teams including Teamsters, electricians, and stagehands. Work closely with the Show Lead to execute floor layouts and operational plans. Requires experience with Map Your Show or a2z software, analytical thinking, and basic electrical knowledge. Competitive salary between $72,000 and $90,000.
