Job Summary
The Marketing Event Coordinator I supports the marketing team by organizing events to promote Gonzaba Medical Group services, focusing on outreach to the Medicare-eligible population. Responsibilities include event planning, scheduling, coordinating logistics, and managing budgets. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively are essential. This role requires a minimum of high school education, general computer skills, and a capacity to work both independently and under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school education or equivalent required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
- General computer knowledge of Microsoft Office/Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency preferred
- Experience with CMS guidelines and/or experience in a healthcare-related field preferred
- 1-2 years’ experience in marketing or previous experience in a similar role preferred
Additional Requirements
- Must possess and maintain a current valid Texas Driver License and proof of current insurance
- Must successfully complete a motor vehicle history check
