Job Summary
Conduct community marketing by representing Think Academy at local events, distributing materials, and engaging Chinese-speaking and non-Chinese-speaking families. Proactively lead generation through phone calls, texts, and emails to schedule placement tests, consultations, and trial classes while maintaining accurate CRM records. Explore new partnerships and collect market feedback to support campus initiatives. Follow up after diagnostic assessments to recommend courses and coordinate with academic advisors to complete enrollments. Requires bilingual Mandarin skills, weekend event participation, and strong follow-through.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, English major preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with parents
- Strong execution and follow-up ability
- Able to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Willing to work outdoors and participate in weekend community events
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in education, sales, customer service, marketing, or community outreach
- Experience attending events, exhibitions, or promotional activities
- Familiarity with CRM systems or email marketing tools
- Bilingual in Mandarin
