Job Summary
Manage day-to-day web operations for eunasolutions.com, including page publishing, content updates, redirects, and QA. Build and optimize campaign-specific landing pages while collaborating on hosting infrastructure, CDN configuration, and performance standards like Core Web Vitals. Lead the migration from WordPress to a Next.js-based, headless CMS environment, contributing to architecture and CMS selection. Use AI coding tools as a core part of your development workflow to prototype interactive tools and establish new AI development standards. Support A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and technical SEO implementation using GA4 and Google Search Console. Monitor web performance metrics, maintain consent management configurations, and coordinate with Product Marketing to ensure accurate messaging alignment.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a web marketing, web development, or digital marketing role with significant hands-on web production responsibility
- Proficiency with Next.js or React, or a demonstrated ability to ramp quickly on a modern JavaScript framework, package managers (npm/yarn), and version control (Git)
- Proficiency with WordPress and at least one visual editor (e.g. X/Cornerstone, Elementor, or similar)
- Experience evaluating or implementing headless CMS platforms (e.g. Contentful, Sanity, Storyblok, Prismic, or similar)
- Fluency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript—comfortable reading, writing, and debugging code
- Active, practical experience using AI development tools as a core part of your production workflow
- Hands-on experience with web hosting environments, DNS, CDN platforms and server-side configuration
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and technical SEO implementation
- Experience with web analytics platforms including GA4 and Google Search Console
- Excellent project management and communication skills; able to manage multiple workstreams with stakeholders across a marketing organization
- Must be available for hybrid work with 3 days/week in Oakville, ON (or ATL, GA) office
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with WordPress at a technical level (theme development, custom plugins, page builders)—helpful for transition context
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Pardot, or other marketing automation platforms and CRM form integration patterns
- Background in B2B SaaS or public sector software marketing
- Experience with consent management platforms (e.g. Complianz, OneTrust) and privacy compliance implementation
