Job Summary

Delivery consultancy role shaping marketing effectiveness solutions for leading brands. You will manage the full lifecycle of engagements from client sign-off through delivery, coordinate with advertisers, publishers, media agencies, and global NIQ teams, and present insights and actionable recommendations. The role emphasizes blending marketing science judgment with consultative storytelling, ensuring analytical outputs align to client briefs and translating complex methodologies into clear client deliverables. You will stay current on marketing science, machine learning, and emerging digital platforms, contribute to roadmap feedback, and maintain strong senior-stakeholder relationships while driving client outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, business, statistics, economics, analytics, or related field
  • 2-3+ years of relevant experience in marketing analytics, media effectiveness, consulting, or solution design within Marketing Effectiveness, Market Research, CPG, or related industries
  • Strong working knowledge of Marketing Mix Modeling, attribution, and experimental approaches such as Matched Market Testing
  • Familiarity with statistical and data science methodologies sufficient to engage substantively with Data Scientists on feasibility and approach
  • Strong logic, deductive reasoning, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Skilled and polished communicator, including group presentations, consultative storytelling, and executive communication skills
  • Robust project management skills
  • Demonstrated mastery in data analysis & application to client business issues, including recommending custom solutions to address client business objectives and deliver client value from the engagement
  • Demonstrated strength in maintaining positive client relationships in complex situations and resolving client issues with the ability to interface with client executives
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams across commercial, analytics, and product functions and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive client outcomes
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, undefined environments where solutions, processes, and products are still evolving
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in marketing analytics is a strong plus
  • Fluent English required; professional working proficiency in Spanish desirable
  • Fluent in Portuguese
