Job Summary
Marketing and Promotions leadership for Live in HD at Lincoln Center. Serve as the point person between internal staff and global partners, oversee creation of in-house collateral, manage delivery of assets to theater partners, spearhead the nationwide Live in HD Ambassador Program, coordinate campaigns with the Director of Marketing Campaigns, vet venue inquiries, update venue records and AirTable database, secure and coordinate Live in HD tickets for sponsors and Ambassadors, and support distribution across key markets. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and at least 4 years of experience in performing arts or cultural institutions, with strong project management, communication, and organizational skills. Must be able to work in-office at least four days per week and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Arts Administration, Communications or related field
- Minimum 4 years of work experience, preferably in performing arts or cultural institutions
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with a range of people both in person and by writing/phone
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once
- Ability to work well under pressure and on tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
- Minimum in-office presence of four (4) days per week
