Job Summary
Strategize and execute the US go-to-market strategy for Qure.ai's AI solutions, leading commercialization planning, product launches, and sales enablement across healthcare providers, pharma, and life sciences. Translate customer insights and competitive intelligence into differentiated positioning, messaging, and integrated campaigns that drive pipeline growth and brand awareness. Engage strategic relationships with key opinion leaders, advocacy groups, and payors to accelerate adoption, while monitoring campaign performance and mentoring US marketing resources. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and global teams to ensure consistent execution. Requires 8-10 years of experience in healthcare AI or enterprise technology marketing with frequent US travel.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10yrs of marketing or strategy consulting experience
- Strong ability to craft compelling value and benefit messaging
- Deep understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem, including provider networks, payors, and pharma/medtech landscape
- Experience in enterprise technology, SaaS, AI, healthcare technology, medtech or life sciences marketing
- Demonstrated success bringing complex products to market
- Experience in product marketing, commercialization or go-to-market strategy, including positioning, messaging, product launches and sales enablement
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate customer needs into market opportunities and drive pipeline growth
- Proven track record of working with in global clients and cross-cultural functional teams across varying seniority levels
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders and manage high-performing teams
- Flexibility to travel to US frequently
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience of the healthcare industry is preferrable, not mandatory
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-growth environments (start-up/scale-up experience is a plus)
