Job Summary
Strategic leadership role responsible for shaping and executing an integrated marketing plan across retail and eCommerce channels. Drive brand storytelling, oversee a high-performing team, set KPIs, analyze results, and optimize campaigns for ROI, traffic, and conversions. Collaborate with merchandising to align product strategy with marketing, manage digital marketing including paid media, social, and email, and lead brand voice and creative direction to increase store traffic and online growth. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and 7–10+ years of marketing with leadership experience in retail, luxury, fashion, or consumer goods; proficiency with Canva, Excel, Word, and Outlook; strong communication and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- 7–10+ years of marketing experience, including leadership experience
- Background in retail, luxury, fashion, or consumer goods strongly preferred
- Experience across both retail and eCommerce environments
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
- Strong creative instincts with experience directing campaigns or content
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
