Job Summary
Marketing Director responsible for census development and increasing the private pay referral base in designated facilities through professional relationships, ongoing education to services and community outreach opportunities. Duties include overseeing internal lead management system, developing and conducting public relation activities, assisting with and presenting public educational outreach programs, monitoring referral source satisfaction and outcomes, assisting with media campaign management, and becoming the resource for those needing services. Essential functions include creating new and servicing existing relationships with nursing homes, retirement centers, physicians and related staff to drive referrals, participating in local organizations, leading in marketing strategy and occupancy goals, presenting at community events, preparing reports, developing 30/60/90 day sales plans, implementing events and presentations for community education, monitoring trends and conversion ratios, maintaining contact databases, and contributing as a marketing team member to improve occupancy and community relations. Qualifications emphasize direct sales experience, industry familiarity, interpersonal and written communication skills, ability to multi-task and work independently, and consistent attendance. Required Qualifications
- Direct sales experience with demonstrated results.
- Experience in a retirement, nursing home, or assisted living industry preferred.
- Organized team player with the ability to multi-task in a team environment.
- Proven skills to work independently. Be self-motivated and goal-directed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Excellent listening skills with ability to match resource to need.
- Must be capable of maintaining regular, reliable attendance.
- Computer literacy.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with Residents, families, staff, community officials, referral sources and the general public.
- Is a positive representative of the Community and Sinceri Senior Living and sets a strong example of professional conduct and appearance.
