Job Summary
Marketing Director responsible for census development and increasing the private pay referral base in designated facilities through professional relationships, ongoing education, and community outreach. Responsibilities include supervising internal lead management, developing and conducting public relations activities, leading public educational outreach programs, monitoring referral source satisfaction and outcomes, managing media campaigns, and serving as the resource for those needing services. Lead local community engagement, participate in organizations and events to enhance awareness, prepare and monitor sales plans and referral data, develop targeted events and presentations to establish the facility as the expert in assisted living, and maintain a knowledge base of industry trends. Requires direct sales experience with demonstrated results; experience in retirement/assisted living preferred; strong interpersonal, written and listening skills, and the ability to multi-task and work independently.
Required Qualifications

- Experience in a retirement, nursing home, or assisted living industry preferred.
- Organized team player with the ability to multi-task in a team environment.
