Job Summary
Own the end-to-end marketing function, translating company goals into prioritized quarterly plans that drive pipeline growth and brand awareness. Lead product marketing strategy from positioning through launch execution, partnering with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to build sales enablement materials and refine messaging for enterprise B2B SaaS buyers. Manage event strategy by selecting key shows, handling outreach, and ensuring measurable business impact from every appearance. Guide a lean team of two while proactively identifying opportunities, navigating stakeholder trade-offs, and applying AI to advanced workflows. Report directly to the CEO with full ownership of inbound pipeline metrics and revenue impact.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent
- significant experience leading marketing within an enterprise B2B SaaS environment
- strong product marketing foundation with experience owning positioning, messaging, go to market strategy, product launches, customer storytelling, and sales enablement
- Proven senior marketing experience in B2B SaaS selling into the enterprise
- fluency in marketing metrics such as CAC, CPL, LTV, MQL-to-QL
- good working understanding of performance marketing and the key metrics behind it (CAC, CPL, LTV, MQL-to-QL)
- You consistently apply AI across advanced marketing workflows and actively experiment with new tools as they emerge
- You thrive in lean, fast moving environments where ownership is high and resources are limited
- You work effectively across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership
- You develop the people around you
- You communicate clearly across a diverse, distributed, cross-cultural team
