Job Summary
Marketing Director at Piermont Bank leads the development and execution of the bank's integrated marketing strategy across brand, digital acquisition, product marketing, content and events. Partners with executive leadership, business units, compliance, and external partners to position Piermont as a leading digital commercial bank serving entrepreneurs, SMBs, and fintechs. Responsibilities include building and executing marketing and growth strategies to support the pipeline for vertically focused segments, shaping brand positioning, managing budgets and agency relationships, overseeing social media and content calendars, launching campaigns for deposits and lending solutions, supporting fintech partnerships, driving multi-channel growth (emails, webinars, digital media, social, SEM, and more), guiding creative directions, leading events, and staying current on marketing trends. The role requires strategic leadership and operational excellence with the ability to implement a scalable playbook and deliver measurable revenue growth.
Required Qualifications
- 8-12+ years of marketing leadership experience in financial services, fintech, B2B SaaS, or commercial banking
- Proven experience building integrated marketing programs that drive measurable revenue growth
- Strong understanding of digital acquisition, CRM, content strategy, and performance marketing
- Experience managing agencies, budgets, and cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills
