Job Summary
Lead strategic marketing direction for JCK and Luxury event brands, developing integrated strategies that drive audience acquisition, brand equity, and revenue growth. Execute annual marketing plans and messaging frameworks while partnering with Sales to support exhibitor acquisition and growth segment strategy. Manage marketing budgets, monitor key performance indicators, and recommend strategic adjustments to maximize ROI. Collaborate cross-functionally with digital, content, creative, data, and operations teams to deliver cohesive omnichannel programs. Mentor marketing professionals and champion continuous improvement across the department.
Required Qualifications
- Progressive marketing experience
- Experience leading integrated marketing strategies and teams
- Proven success developing and executing marketing strategies for a brand, business unit, or major product line
- Experience within B2B events, media, or related industries (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into marketing strategies that drive measurable commercial results
- Strong commercial acumen
- Experience partnering closely with team leaders
- Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing marketing professionals
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
- Strong analytical mindset
- Experience using customer insights and performance data to guide strategic decision-making

- Experience forecasting investments
