Marketing Director

Marketing Director responsible for translating brand vision into actionable growth through content strategy, paid media, influencer ecosystem, and affiliate programs. Lead social calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube; design and optimize digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok); craft clear creative briefs for designers and editors; oversee affiliate programs (Awin or similar) onboarding, analytics, and performance; identify, recruit, and manage influencers and brand partners with strong brand alignment; produce assets for paid and organic channels; ensure licensing compliance for sports leagues, collegiate, entertainment, and military guidelines; track performance metrics to optimize engagement, conversions, and ROAS; support brand storytelling, SEO initiatives, and website content; collaborate on product launches, seasonal campaigns, and licensed drops; manage content pipeline from planning to reporting; develop marketing calendars aligned with product releases and seasons; scale campaigns across multiple channels; negotiate and manage influencer partnerships; coordinate photoshoots and content creation; maintain brand consistency and licensing compliance; analyze KPIs and present insights to leadership; seek opportunities for channel expansion and growth; monitor licensing marketing expenditures and coordinate campaigns with licensors.
