Job Summary
Lead marketing for Germany's gynecologic oncology portfolio, setting strategy, ensuring launch readiness, and managing lifecycle plans. Drive cross-functional collaboration with medical, sales, market access, insights, and global teams; lead a team of Brand Managers to develop and execute local brand strategies across Gynecologic Oncology; translate global strategies into actionable local plans, generate brand insights, and forecast resource needs with strong market research and customer outreach; demonstrate strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, and a growth mindset while delivering patient-centered outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in life sciences or economics
- Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience within the pharmaceutical industry; ideally with exposure to pipeline indications such as colorectal cancer
- Marketing and direct leadership experience in Oncology mandatory (preferably within colorectal cancer or Gyn. Oncology)
- Proven track record of high-performance Rx launches (Oncology launch experience preferred) and driving business results; showcasing strong planning and execution capabilities
- Profound understanding of Omnichannel Marketing
- Good understanding of local market access rules and regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in German and proficiency in English
