Marketing Director (Growth & Strategic Partnerships)

Job Summary
Own and execute the company's global marketing strategy, developing inbound and outbound funnels to drive qualified 3PL partnerships and platform sign-ups. Build scalable lead generation systems across email, LinkedIn, and other acquisition channels while identifying, researching, and evaluating potential 3PL partners based on global market fit. Lead a cross-functional team overseeing sourcing pipelines and outreach efforts, managing weekly and monthly reports on key performance indicators like MQLs, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs. Collaborate directly with the CEO on growth initiatives, market expansion plans, and strategic partnerships to scale the logistics technology platform. Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and order flows to optimize conversion paths and identify emerging opportunities in the supply chain ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8+ years of experience in marketing, growth, business development, partnerships, or related leadership roles
- Proven success within a 3PL, logistics, freight forwarding, B2B supply chain technology, marketplace, or related environment
- Strong understanding of both inbound and outbound lead generation strategies
- Experience designing and executing outreach and nurturing sequences across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Deep understanding of global logistics markets, industry dynamics, pricing structures, and competitive landscapes
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving business growth initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with experience using modern marketing and analytics platforms
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hotjar, CRM systems, automation tools, and reporting platforms
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environment
Desired Qualifications
- Shopify and broader e-commerce ecosystem experience is highly preferred
