Job Summary
Set and own the annual marketing strategy across enterprise and self-serve go-to-market approaches, while managing the full marketing P&L and pipeline contribution. Define, track, and grow marketing channels that drive business growth, positioning the RADIUS platform and due diligence solutions to lenders, investors, and developers. Lead a lean team of senior operators and external vendors across product marketing, demand generation, and analytics, acting as the primary link between sales, product, and executive leadership. Partner on pipeline reviews, MQL/SQL reconciliation, and account-based programs for enterprise accounts. Translate company vision into a clear plan, mentor future marketing leaders, and embody a results-driven, innovative culture focused on collaboration and customer success.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience
- several years leading and building high-performing marketing teams
- Full-funnel breadth across brand, demand generation, content, product marketing, and marketing operations
- ability to own the entire marketing function
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth
- Deep demand generation expertise across paid, SEO, email and lifecycle, events, and account-based marketing
- Strong command of the martech stack (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- sound judgment on where to invest and how to measure impact
- Excellent communication and executive presence
- strong cross-functional partner to sales, product, and leadership
- Experience marketing a platform along with individual products and services
- Bachelor's degree
