Job Summary
Develop a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy to drive census growth and increase revenue by building relationships with referral sources and utilizing CRM systems. Provide tours of the building and consultative follow-up with inquiries while employing IMPACT Selling to ensure successful outcomes. Effectively communicate with prospective residents and responsible parties to assist in choosing Forest Hills Place Assisted Living, maintaining thorough knowledge of resident care capabilities and physician relations. This role requires 4+ years of experience in marketing or sales, a proven track record of driving census growth, and familiarity with Wavier, Mycare, and PACE admissions processes.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving census growth and increasing revenue
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledgeable in the admission process of Wavier, Mycare, PACE admissions
