Job Summary
Director – Marketing (AI-Native Growth) owns top-of-funnel growth and sourced pipeline, designing the demand engine and AI-powered workflows. Responsible for ICP definition and targeting, ABM, multi-touch outbound campaigns, translating case studies and IP into scalable demand offers, launching experiments, enabling SDRs/AE with AI-assisted lists and messaging, maintaining dashboards, and ensuring pipeline metrics (10–15 ICP meetings/month, 5–7 SQLs/month, $1M+ marketing-sourced pipeline/quarter). Requires 12–15 years in B2B growth, CRM/MA platforms experience, and the ability to articulate AI/data capabilities into business value. Remote role based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- MBA from IIM, ISB, or other top tier business schools
- 12–15 years in B2B demand generation / growth (services, SaaS, AI, GIS or data-led businesses experience)
- Hands-on expertise with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Strong command of outbound motion, account-based marketing, and pipeline analytics
- Ability to translate complex AI/data capabilities into compelling, business-led value propositions
- High ownership mindset: define → build → execute → measure → refine, without hand-holding
