Job Summary
Marketing Development Representative responsible for owning marketing-sourced leads from campaigns across channels, guiding leads through nurture sequences, and acting as a liaison between marketing and sales. You will become a product expert, articulate how Zip helps customers, and test/iterate GTM processes to generate opportunities for the revenue team. The role emphasizes collaboration across marketing and revenue teams, data-driven decision making, and ongoing education on Zip’s solution and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Prior work or internship experience in a sales or marketing role
- Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly strategic thinker and problem solver with a solutions-first and adaptable mindset
- Highly organized, collaborative, metrics-oriented, and goals driven
- Ability to work from our downtown SF office 5 days per week with the option for flexibility pending performance
