Job Summary
Inbound Market Development Representative to qualify inbound leads, engage prospects via email, phone, and social channels, conduct discovery to assess fit and buying intent, and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives. Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance; maintain CRM records; meet monthly targets for qualified opportunities and pipeline contribution; work with the BDR tech-stack (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Outreach, Vidyard, Seamless, Apollo, ZoomInfo); strong written and verbal communication; customer-first mindset; organized multi-conversation management; familiarity with CRM/sales-engagement platforms; interest in AI and enterprise technology.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in an SDR, MDR, or customer-facing role (SaaS experience preferred)
