Job Summary
Marketing Designer at STRV responsible for designing and shipping brand collateral end to end (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, event visuals, social assets, merch), partnering with Product Marketing Manager on sales materials for US/EU tech clients, owning the visual side of STRV’s social channels, collaborating with Growth Marketing Specialist to execute campaigns, and maintaining design systems. Must stay on top of design, motion, and AI tooling, and be able to translate brand voice with the Brand Copywriter. Reports to the Marketing Director and works with the Marketing team; position requires on-site work in Prague.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in brand design, graphic design or a related field
- A strong portfolio showing brand identity work and a wide range of marketing materials
- Excellent visual design skills and serious attention to detail
- Proficiency in Figma
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and shipping on tight deadlines without losing quality
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent spoken English
- Based in Prague and able to work on-site
