Job Summary
Marketing Designer role focusing on creating visually compelling, brand-consistent assets across digital channels. Responsibilities include designing social media creatives and paid ad visuals, website graphics and landing pages, email marketing banners and templates, sales decks and case studies, and videos. Translate marketing briefs into effective designs, collaborate with marketing/content/growth teams, maintain brand guidelines, iterate based on feedback and basic performance metrics (CTR, engagement), manage multiple design requests independently, and contribute ideas to improve visual storytelling and campaign impact.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital marketing or SaaS
- Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing-focused work (ads, social media, web graphics)
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in PowerPoint
- Understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for digital platforms and responsive design
- Knowledge of basic marketing concepts (ads, funnels, campaign goals)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
