Marketing Delivery Lead - Vice President

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end marketing delivery initiatives as a Vice President on the Emerging Business Needs team, driving alignment between strategy, go-to-market planning, and execution. Build and manage integrated project plans, coordinate vendor contracts and budgets, and drive cross-functional collaboration to improve planning and campaign delivery. Establish repeatable operating models and playbooks, manage external partners, and lead rapid-response delivery for time-sensitive campaigns in response to legal or regulatory changes. Prepare executive updates, champion clear decision-making, and enable scalable delivery across senior leadership audiences.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in program management, project management, product management, change management, or consulting
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including executive-ready status updates and storytelling
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear plans, decisions, and actions
- Hands-on delivery mindset with the ability to step back, delegate, and coach when needed
- Experience managing external partners or vendors in a business environment
- Sound judgment, accountability, and a focus on outcomes
- Experience delivering time-sensitive work tied to legal, regulatory, or policy changes
- Advanced degree (preferred)
- People management experience with direct reports
- Experience supporting marketing campaign delivery, launch management, or go-to-market operations
- Familiarity with vendor contracting and procurement workflows
- Formal training or certification in project or program management methodologies
- Experience developing operating models and adoption plans across teams
