Job Summary
The Database Marketing Coordinator will compile and distribute information from the player tracking system to support marketing and other Executive departments in developing player rewards and promotion strategies. Responsibilities include setting up tracking for projects/campaigns related to player rewards and promotions, coordinating direct marketing projects (direct mail, email, tele-messaging, newsletters), maintaining database quality and procedures, collaborating with MIS/Marketing/Finance to track slot/table game activity and promotions, serving as liaison with the player tracking system vendor, handling segmentation and offers, and creating coupons/offers while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Evening/holiday/weekend work may be required; emphasis on data integrity, analytical thinking, communication, and cross-department collaboration within a casino resort context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Database Management / Computer Science
- Minimum Three-year work experience in database management
- Experience in direct mail, database marketing, gaming experience preferred
- Class III Gaming License issued from the Squaxin Island Gaming Commission
