Job Summary
As a Marketing Data Engineer, you will be pivotal in building and maintaining the data infrastructure that supports marketing analytics and campaign optimization across PVH EMEA’s digital channels. This role involves developing robust ETL pipelines, designing efficient data models, and integrating various digital marketing platforms. Key responsibilities include ingesting multi-channel data, creating scalable data models, automating reporting tools, and ensuring data quality and governance. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, has 3–5 years of data engineering experience, and is adept with ETL tools and cloud data platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience as a Data Engineer, preferably in a marketing or eCommerce setting
- Strong experience with ETL tools (Airflow, dbt, AWS Glue) and SQL development
- Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Snowflake)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python) for pipeline automation
- Solid understanding of data modeling, schema design, and data warehouse best practices
- Familiarity with marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Salesforce/Marketo) and analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and privacy-compliant data handling
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in agile or fast-paced digital organizations is a plus
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
