Job Summary
Marketing Data Analyst II responsible for generating and analyzing marketing data to translate insights into decisions that drive marketing performance and investment. Responsibilities include building and maintaining dashboards and reporting frameworks across marketing programs, analyzing data from CRM, marketing automation, web analytics, and digital platforms to identify patterns and opportunities, translating complex data into actionable insights and recommendations, partnering with channel strategy and marketing operations to inform prioritization and optimization, developing measurement approaches including attribution and funnel analysis, ensuring data quality and consistency across systems, supporting planning and performance reviews with data-backed insights, delivering ad hoc analyses for campaigns and lifecycle programs, and performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
- Typically, 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent
- Strong analytical thinking
- Experience building dashboards and data visualizations
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent communication skills
- Expanded understanding of marketing funnel, channel performance, and KPI relationships
