Job Summary
Manage marketing, communications, and event strategy for QuadReal's Calgary office portfolio, including Jamieson Place and KPMG Tower. Create and execute an annual marketing calendar, manage communication plans across multiple channels, and influence experience standards for the Toronto Office portfolio. Partner with property teams to deliver customer appreciation programs, establish retail partnerships, and provide annual marketing budgets with quarterly variance reporting. Stay current on commercial real estate and hospitality trends to elevate the customer experience. Work with regional counterparts to ensure brand consistency while prioritizing workload and competing deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in communications, marketing, or other related field
- 3-5 years' experience in a marketing and communications capacity
- Event management experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, Power Point
- Strong initiative and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively across multiple departmental lines
- Excellent project management, market research, strategic planning, and budget management skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and handle competing priorities and deadlines
- Highly motivated with the ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fast paced, high profile environment
Desired Qualifications
- Solid understanding of a variety of software
- Experience with Graphic Arts software (Ex. Canva)
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite is an asset – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
