Job Summary
Monitor and maintain call response and email dashboards to ensure timely follow-ups from sales reps. Support daily operations of Zoom Phone, Hiver, and Zoho CRM for marketing and sales teams while overseeing collection and analysis of key performance metrics. Proactively follow up with sales representatives and escalate issues to management as needed. Document workflows and suggest improvements to existing processes while working independently in a fully remote environment. Keep an eye on new tools and technologies that can improve communication and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable learning new systems and tools quickly
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting
- Availability during standard business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience with Zoom Phone, Zoho, or Hiver
- Confident in holding team members accountable while maintaining positive working relationships
- Experience working with Ai
