Job Summary

Marketing Creative Strategy Manager role leading paid marketing creative strategy across social, display, YouTube, and emerging upper-funnel channels. Focus on identifying new creative angles, hooks, and formats; translating data and buyer insights into scalable concepts; and building AI-powered workflows to accelerate creative velocity, testing capacity, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing buyers, video production partners, and external agencies. Lead structured creative testing programs, create briefs with hypotheses and success metrics, develop viral, story-driven short-form and mid-form video concepts, and optimize performance through data-driven insights. Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, creative strategy, or growth-focused advertising roles
  • Strong experience developing and optimizing advertising creative for paid social platforms
  • Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows, automations, and scalable creative systems
  • Strong understanding of generative AI tools, prompt orchestration, and workflow automation platforms
  • Deep understanding of direct response marketing principles and how creative influences campaign performance
  • Proven ability to create or identify viral-worthy creative with scroll-stopping hooks and storytelling
  • Experience developing video-first advertising strategies (short-form, performance video, hook-driven narratives)
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable creative strategies
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, analytics, and production teams
  • Strong concept development and creative briefing skills
  • Experience managing or collaborating with external agencies and creative production partners
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and creative pipelines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to align multiple stakeholders
