Job Summary
Conduct in-depth competitor research, analyzing creatives, advertising trends, and previous test results to generate creative concepts and performance hypotheses. Produce scripts, briefs, and storyboards for artists, motion designers, and playable teams to lead the execution of video, static, and playable creatives for store pages and retargeting campaigns. Collaborate with UA, Creatives Production, and Game Production teams on strategy, while designing, running, and analyzing experiments to validate hypotheses and track performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for video games
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in creative production or creative strategy for performance marketing/UA, ideally within mobile gaming or a related field
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and user acquisition fundamentals
- Ability to interpret data and campaign metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- A strong portfolio demonstrating performance marketing, ASO, and creative development work
