Job Summary
Marketing Creative Designer for the Nibble product at Headway Inc. Responsibilities include creating marketing creatives, exploring and implementing new AI tools to enhance creative workflows, analyzing creative performance and generating hypotheses for improvement, collaborating with creative marketers, generating ideas that influence product features and content, and sharing knowledge to grow team expertise. Requirements include 2+ years of commercial Graphic Designer experience, strong typography/color/composition skills, proficiency in Figma and Adobe tools, experience with AI tools, a strong portfolio, quick learning, and alignment with team values. Nice-to-haves include After Effects or CapCut experience and experience analyzing competitors using Ads Library. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial experience as a Graphic Designer
- Strong understanding of typography, color, and composition

- A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work
