Job Summary
Coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns promoting Calls for Papers and author-facing programs across email and digital channels. Support the build, testing and deployment of emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including audience segmentation, data pulls and list maintenance. Create campaign briefs, copy, and asset specifications for email, web, and digital channels supporting localised campaign activity and Wiley.com content updates. Monitor campaign performance and contribute to regular reporting, compiling key metrics and insights to inform future activity. Coordinate and maintain marketing collateral, assets and campaign documentation. Maintain marketing databases, programme tracking systems and team SharePoint resources, ensuring information is current and accessible. Explore and apply AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflow efficiency. Provide coordination support for marketing meetings, presentations and communications, and other operational duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications

- Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple marketing projects simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with diverse cross-functional teams
- Experience with or aptitude for email marketing platforms and multi-channel campaign execution
- Data literacy with ability to compile, analyse and synthesize campaign performance metrics
- Curiosity about leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance marketing processes
- Flexibility to support various marketing functions and adapt to changing priorities
