Job Summary
Marketing Coordinator responsible for supporting and executing the Company’s marketing, business development, and client engagement initiatives. Responsibilities include branding, content creation, proposal coordination, CRM administration, social media management, website maintenance, marketing materials development, event coordination, and related administrative activities. Collaborates on advertising strategies, manages campaigns and budgets, drafts copy for campaigns, coordinates RFP/RFQ/tender submissions, maintains project information and resumes, administers CRM, supports client onboarding, and coordinates meetings with clients. Creates engaging content across social media, blogs, and digital channels; oversees photography/videography for marketing needs; maintains website updates and career opportunities; plans and executes events and client appreciation activities; provides marketing analytics and supports special projects. Required education in marketing/related field and ability to work in Canada; strong communication, organizational, and project-management skills; proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite; asset considerations include experience in graphic design, social media management, video/photo production.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Experience supporting proposal submissions, business development initiatives, or CRM systems is considered an asset
- Excellent graphic, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong creativity and content development skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with external vendors, suppliers, consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience managing social media platforms and website content is considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
