Job Summary

Marketing Coordinator role supporting administrative tasks at Aramark. Responsibilities include performing administrative functions (distributing mail, ordering, stocking supplies, answering phones, greeting visitors), assisting unit management with clerical tasks related to accounting, payroll, receiving, and human resources (filing, data entry, record review and maintenance), greeting customers/visitors, and maintaining office memos. Requires ability to operate technology and MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and to work with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional manner.

Required Qualifications

  • Prior administrative experience preferred
  • solid understanding of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • attention to detail
  • ability to operate voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers
