Job Summary

Execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, and event channels while coordinating web ads, email, and social media content. Draft promotional copy, collaborate with creative and video teams to produce materials, and manage merchandise logistics at live events. Support social media management on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok, monitor community engagement, and conduct conversion experiments. Optimize website pages, analyze marketing data to generate reports, and track campaign performance for actionable insights. Coordinate departmental newsletters, organize files and schedules, and facilitate cross-functional projects. This entry-level role offers hands-on learning within a collaborative team focused on advancing the sport of bowling.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Must pass the RVP program and maintain a 'Green Light' status
  • Must adhere to the Code of Conduct of the USBC Registered Volunteer Program
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, and/or climb
  • Must be able to move/lift up to 75lbs
  • Ability to travel up to 30 - 40% of the time
  • Must be available for weekends and/or extended hours, as needed

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and growth
  • Experience in event marketing, social media management, or digital campaigns
