Job Summary
Coordinate event logistics, product pulls, and on-site set-up for brand partnerships and marketing campaigns. Manage influencer outreach, contract fulfillment, and content collection while tracking creator campaigns from selection to completion. Support photoshoots by organizing product samples, styling assets, and maintaining searchable creative libraries in Air. Handle shipping logistics, delivery tracking, and charitable partnership coordination to ensure brand initiatives run smoothly. Based in San Francisco with a hybrid schedule, this role offers hands-on experience across social media, content capture, and campaign execution within a fast-growing ecommerce team.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of marketing, brand, social media, or related experience
- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Proactive self-starter
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, friendly, and relationship-oriented approach
- Excited to learn, open to feedback, and eager to grow across multiple areas of marketing and creative
- Comfortable balancing both creative and operational work
- Ability to pack products for a photoshoot
- Ability to coordinate influencer campaigns
- Ability to respond to inbound inquiries
- Ability to coordinate collaborations with brands, organizations, and community partners
- Ability to coordinate charitable partnerships, product donations, and gift card requests
- Ability to ensure fulfillment aligns with brand values and approved timelines
- Ability to represent The Foggy Dog brand in a thoughtful, friendly, and customer-first way
- Ability to come into the office twice a week
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in San Francisco
Desired Qualifications
- Experience ideally at a DTC, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, pet, or consumer brand
- Familiarity with tools such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Air, ShopMy, Google Workspace, or project management platforms
