Job Summary

Execute campaigns (web, email, and text) driving registrations for admissions-related events and handle weekly postal mailing lists, including seasonal processing and print coordination. Test and proof emails, capture statistics, and prepare reports while collaborating with Admissions and Creative teams to optimize content and conversion. Audit customer journey experiences within the CRM, monitor the website chatbot, and update website copy as needed. Query CRM systems for prospect data, complete routine imports and exports, and ensure communication processes function optimally across all three US campuses. Work overtime on nights and weekends as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Associates degree
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience working with e-mail and online marketing tools
  • Detail oriented and thorough
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • ability to be adaptable

  • handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong computer experience
  • abilities to work effectively with MS Office suite products, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Must be able to work overtime on nights and weekends as required by business needs
  • Able to work at a computer for extended periods of time, sometimes in excess of eight (8) hours per day

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, new media, communications or related field
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Knowledge of Slate, or similar CRM system
  • Passion for / familiarity with the culinary arts, baking and pastry arts, hospitality industry and/or restaurant industry
