Job Summary
Manage all aspects of proposal and qualification submissions from RFQ/RFP release through final delivery, coordinating schedules, compliance requirements, and production to ensure timely, accurate submissions. Collaborate with technical staff, project managers, and executive leadership to gather project information and content, then write, edit, proofread, and format proposal narratives, qualifications packages, and presentations. Develop customized layouts using company branding, ensure document compliance with client requirements, and oversee final assembly, quality control, printing, and electronic submission. Maintain templates, project descriptions, and marketing collateral to support future pursuits while assisting with presentations and interview materials.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Architecture, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal coordination or marketing within the architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), or real estate industry
- Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple concurrent deadlines
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams and senior leadership
- High level of professionalism, initiative, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and PDF editing software
- Experience producing professional proposals, qualifications packages, and interview presentations
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with public agency procurement processes, including RFQs, RFPs, and design-build pursuits
- Knowledge of the architecture, engineering, construction, or real estate industries
- Experience with proposal management software and content databases
- Basic photography, website content management, or social media experience
