Job Summary
Coordinate end-to-end marketing campaigns for frequent product launches and drops, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution. Manage project timelines and deliverables while tracking campaign performance to report insights and recommendations. Conduct competitor and market research to support strategy development, assist with content planning, and maintain brand consistency across channels. Identify operational gaps and propose proactive solutions while bringing genuine enthusiasm for the products and consumer DTC brand dynamics. Work remotely from LATAM in a high-growth environment, applying strong project management skills to navigate shifting priorities and ambiguous timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with consumer product DTC brands, ideally those with frequent product launches or drops
- Must have experience working for a US-based brand
- Strong project coordination or project management skills — able to navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and fast-moving timelines
- Demonstrated ability as a self-starter and problem-solver, with examples of independently resolving challenges
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
- Ability to stay organized in chaotic or high-pressure environments
- Passion for marketing and genuine interest in the product category — we want someone who is excited, not just compliant
