Job Summary
Marketing Coordinator responsible for supporting sales tools, lead generation, and brand initiatives. Duties include creating sell sheets, emails, and PowerPoint presentations; coordinating tradeshow booths and events; distributing leads to sales; managing inventory for events; developing organic and paid social, video, and email campaigns; producing content (videos, graphics, email workflows); and measuring performance using HubSpot and analytics to improve engagement and conversions. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/Communications, 2–3 years of marketing experience, and HubSpot proficiency; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar; and ITAR-related work authorization (U.S. citizenship or eligible). Knowledge of event/trade show planning and strong writing/editing skills are highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 2-3 years of marketing experience
- Working knowledge of HubSpot (REQUIRED)
- Experience with design/video editing tools: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar
- Experience with event/marketing/trade show planning, highly preferred
- Work Authorization/Security Clearance Requirements: U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State (ITAR)
