Job Summary
Marketing Coordinator responsible for executing dealership marketing and social media strategies, creating engaging content (text, images, video), managing day-to-day social media activity, coordinating campaigns and events, analyzing performance with GA4 and Meta tools, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with Marketing/Marcom/BDC teams to reach target audiences. Requires strong content creation, design tool proficiency (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom), SEO/GA4 knowledge, and a proven track record in social media marketing. Hybrid work arrangement in Laredo, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field preferred (in lieu of a degree, strong portfolio and/or relevant certifications or coursework may be considered)
- Minimum of 5 years combined experience in social media marketing, content creation, or copywriting preferred
- Advanced proficiency in social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, X, and LinkedIn
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom
- Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics (GA4)
- Strong understanding of marketing concepts and campaign strategy
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, including hybrid work settings
