Job Summary
Develop and execute marketing campaigns for multi-family properties by collaborating with operations and property teams. Design digital and print materials, manage social media calendars, and oversee vendor production from concept to completion. Monitor performance metrics, optimize Google Business listings, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Support on-site teams with training and resources while assisting with resident engagement and community outreach.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, brand management, or a related role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities
- Experience managing social media platforms, content calendars, and digital marketing campaigns
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging marketing content for various audiences and platforms
- Proficiency in graphic design and content creation software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools
- Experience coordinating with vendors, obtaining quotes, negotiating pricing, and overseeing project production from concept through completion
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
- Ability to occasionally stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Close vision, and ability to adjust focus
