Job Summary
Marketing Coordinator at PheedLoop (Toronto, Canada) will work closely with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager and go-to-market team to execute campaigns, generate leads, and tell the company’s story across channels. Responsibilities include supporting campaign planning and execution, owning tasks to drive traffic and leads, assisting in content creation (blogs, newsletters, product updates, customer stories), writing copy for marketing collateral, contributing to SEO-focused content and keyword planning, supporting paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta), managing marketing automation flows in HubSpot, analyzing campaign data to inform future content and targeting, updating the Webflow site, monitoring website performance, reporting on traffic and ROI with tools like Google Analytics, and contributing to social media presence and creative campaigns. The role requires 1+ years of marketing experience, familiarity with HubSpot/GA/Canva/Webflow, strong writing and communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a degree in Marketing/Communications/Business or related field. Bonus points for SEO/Google Ads/Meta Ads experience and basic HTML/CSS knowledge; the position is 100% in-person at the Toronto office.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a marketing role (internships count!)
- Familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, or Webflow
- Excellent writing and communication skills (samples appreciated)
- Analytical mindset and basic comfort with spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets)
- A self-starter attitude with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- A university/college degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Bonus Points For
