Job Summary
Execution-heavy marketing operations role supporting the VP of Marketing; you will manage data integrity, build/audit prospect lists, support campaign infrastructure, and ensure marketing systems run clean and efficiently. Responsibilities include maintaining CRM hygiene in Salesforce, managing database structure and segmentation readiness, building/audit prospect lists with ZoomInfo or similar tools, executing compliant mass email campaigns, creating and maintaining competitor tracking databases, conducting website audits and supporting SEO-driven content updates, building campaign tracking frameworks and reporting visibility, documenting marketing processes and standardizing workflows, and supporting light content execution (email drafts, publishing support, templates in Canva). Strong emphasis on hands-on Salesforce experience, automation tools (Pardot/Account Engagement, HubSpot), prospecting databases, advanced Excel/Sheets skills, and adherence to standardized processes.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on Salesforce experience (data management, segmentation, reporting)
- Experience with Pardot, Account Engagement, HubSpot, or similar automation tools
- Experience using ZoomInfo or comparable prospecting databases
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
- Experience maintaining CRM hygiene and marketing databases
- Ability to follow and document standardized processes
