Job Summary
Marketing Coordinator responsible for executing and managing LinkedIn marketing campaigns, tracking performance, and supporting lead generation across digital channels. Own day-to-day marketing operations in a fully remote environment, including calendar management and coordination for leadership, building a centralized content library, and ensuring messaging consistency. Utilize GoHighLevel and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for outreach and lead management, create forms with Typeform or Jotform, and apply AI tools to improve efficiency and campaign performance. The role emphasizes hands-on marketing execution combined with operations support, requiring strong communication, organization, and the ability to work remotely during U.S. business hours. This position offers direct exposure to leadership and opportunities for growth into senior marketing or operations roles.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in marketing coordination, operations, or executive support
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing and digital campaigns
- Proficiency in GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Proficiency in Typeform or Jotform
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working remotely during U.S. business hours
